Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Pike Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
