Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
