Stonegate Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
