Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
