Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Diego with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
