Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Oak Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
