Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Ivory Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
