Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
