Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Diego design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
