Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Diego serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
