Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Keystone Health provides primary and specialty care in San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
