Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight West Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
