Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Union Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
