Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ashton Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
