Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Thistle Medical is a Salt Lake City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
