Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 673 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
