Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
