Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Civic Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
