Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Salt Lake City design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
