Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Lantern Construction Group is a Salt Lake City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
