Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Keystone Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
