Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Sacramento design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
