Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Amber Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
