Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Sacramento with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
