Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Junction Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
