Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
