Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova Mill Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
