Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
