Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Telecom Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
