Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Bright Cedar Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Richmond with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
