Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Nova West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
