Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
