Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Nova Fern Foods produces packaged foods at its Richmond plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
