Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Sparrow Energy is an energy provider in Richmond focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 247 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
