Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
