Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
