Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
