Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
