Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
