Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
