Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
