Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

Bright Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Reno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
