Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
