Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

Silverline Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Reno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Reno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
