Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Reno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
