Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
