Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
