Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group is an insurance company in Austin with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
