Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Bridge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Reno region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
