Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
